Eonon stereo help!

So i just installed a eonon stereo unit to my 2003 325i and everything work the only thing is not working is the iphone carplay when i connect it to the usb it says device connected but it wont show anything on the screen it goes back to the main page and it says “carplay pause send back key” i dont know what this means does anyone know how to fix this? I will post a photo of the message i get im using the phonelink app
