Hi to you all out there. During the very unusual heat that was experience yesterday my 325 Ci Convertible appeared to suffer a rather unusual happening.
During a very brief period whilst having the car washed at a local hand-wash station I put the hood back up and turned on the chiller and set the temperature at the lowest setting.
Very very quickly I began to cook but the fan just would not activate.
Not even the demist/defrost to the screen would activate the fan.
This morning in much cooler circumstances the fan chose to work but with a slight huff-huff sound as though the current was being interrupted - is this typical of the resistor going through an early failure stage ?
