Newbie Questions

Just bought 2005 330Ci convertible with cold weather and performance package with 58,000 miles on it in very good condition.

I have the factory owner's manual that came with car and the 2 diamond keys but the manual doesn't tell you how to program the keys unless I missed it. The manual references a "Caring for Your Car" booklet that is not with car. I'm thinking maybe that has more details on that kind of thing. Thoughts? Is that possibly available on EBAY or from a dealer?

Also, the manual shows a wind deflector for use when the top is down but it wasn't with the car either but I haven't done a thorough search yet. is that kind of thing necessary when you drive with top down? EBAY or dealer available?

Also, how do you wash and protect your top? Mine looks to be almost new and I'd like to keep it that way. Any special cleaning/protectant products you use or recommend?
