Help diagnosing engine noise [YouTube video provided]

Could anyone help diagnose my engine noise? It is pretty loud and sounds kinda like a truck. I think I may have some noise coming from my alternator bearing, but definitely not all of this noise. I have replaced all pullies/belts and currently run 0w40 Castrol synthetic oil (switching to BMW 5w30 this week).
