E46 Sedan Parting out a 1 owner black 2001 330i sedan

Parting out a black, 1 owner 01 330i E46 with the sport package. Transmission (auto) is shot, and there are some dents/rust on the body itself. Driver's seat has some wear on the bolster from getting in and out, somewhat visible in the pictures (will let the seats go cheap).
