Convertible Window Does Not Completely Roll Down

Hi E46Fanitics I have what I think is somewhat a uncommon issue. As far as my first problem goes... My Passenger side window is all loose and loud. Music from the radio or even slightest bumps causes my window to rattle. I've came to the conclusion this is from loose pretension. I plan on tackling this tomorrow although I have another issue I can't figure out.

When I roll down the window it doesn't completely open the curve from the glass still sticks out the door. Along with this, the window will automatically roll down using the switch but not up. Is the adjustment to fix this on the outside part of the door behind the molding like the pretension adjustments ?
