Car won't start after causing spark

Hi everyone first time posting but have solved a lot of problems with the help of this site. I was swapping out my cigarette lighter/charger port socket today and while I was pushing it back in The tip of the screwdriver hit the wire and caused a spark I now know that I should've disconnected the battery you live and learn. But now my car won't start. Everything lights up it just won't crank. I checked all the fuses in the glove box and under the hood and they all tested green but one 30amp. I haven't changed it yet but I think my real problem is under the hood and I think I found the 2 wires that go from the charger port into that box. But There are at least 12 wires in that one plug and I think about 6 plugs in a row but it buzzes from that last plug when I turn the key. When I unplug it there is no buzz and the check engine light disappears from the dash. I was hoping it was just a fuse but I think it's a little bigger than that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
