Any E46 Need advice on a quote for 5speed swap.

I was quoted usd 1400.00 for all the following parts with shipping, and was wondering if that sounds good or do you think it's a little high?
Any advice would be greatly appriciate.
This is what I requested, am I missing any thing?

About a 10 inch hose from the brake reservoir to the clutch cylinder (you know, the braided hose type that the brake fluid reservoir already uses).
