Window makes noise only when door is closed...

Had my driver side window replaced. Now its fine, but only when the door is completely closed when It goes up or down, it makes a slight tud noise twice either way.

When I open the door and do the same thing, there is no noise.

Any suggestions on what to do here? Or what to tell them when I take it back to the glass shop?
