Hey guys,
For the last few days I'm getting a noise on startup that goes away after about 5-10 seconds.
It sounds like the rinse cycle on a washing machine or a jet engine spooling up. It's a "smooth" sounding noise; not a grinding noise. It does not come back when the car is moving. It just comes on at startup. I have heard anything like it before.
I opened the hood and it's coming from around the fan area or to the left of the fan but I replaced the fan clutch about two years ago.
Any ideas?
