What a day for transmission problems.

So today Ive ran into transmission problems.:banghead: I have been working on my engine. Replacing sensors and filters and all that stuff and have not really worried about the transmission. It wasn't throwing any codes and the car drove fine. That was until I had disconnected my battery for about 2hrs to work on electrical. When I connected it back, I started noticing around certain RPM and speeds my RPM's would fluctuate. So I figured this was Engine issue. So I cleaned MAF and Replaced Disa Seal. Still no luck. Also I had been using INPA, I decided to clear all adaptations, Including transmission to try to get it to relearn my driving. But today I took it out for a test drive and everything was going fine until I came to a stop. I went to take off and my RPM's sky rocketed but I was moving like a snail. It finally caught on and I was off again. But it kept happening each time I stopped at stop signs and intersections. Until it quit. My Gear Icon came on and car would barely move in drive. Luckily I was at a dead end and not blocking anyone. I sat there and got my brother to help me out as I was only 5 mins away. I had my computer with me With INPA. I cleared the fault codes. And reset adaptation and was able to get the car to drive again so I could get home. But as soon as I came to a stop it went again. I looked under the car and noticed leaking around where the torque converter is. Im so confused. Any Ideas??
