Used lithium based grease on polyurethane.

So, I went to NAPA and grabbed a tub of their Chassis Grease, neglected to look at the back, and went and installed my UUC RTABs, just finished and drove it. (Goes great by the way). Then I saw on the back that the NAPA chassis grease is lithium complex. I can have new bushes in a week but I need to drive the car. Am I good for a week?
