PLEASE HELP - Stranded on Highway

I was driving fine down the highway until the engine started hesitating causing the transmission gear symbol to come up.

I pulled over to the side to restart the car and took off again, but the car continued to hesitate, forcing me to pull over.

Initially, the engine cranked and started and idled very roughly, but was not responsive to accelerator.

I was able to start the engine a few times, until it wouldn't start anymore, almost as if it's restricted of gas. My tank is 3/4 and last time I filled my tank it spilled over a little bit (from accidentally over-filling).

I have 400 km left of my ~3000km trip and am looking for a quick fix to get me to the next city (40 km).

I have a code reader with me and I don't have any new codes from this particular incident. Here are the codes that I've had all along (with the p1500 being the most recent):

-P0365 - Camshaft Position Sensor B Circuit
-P0444 - Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit Open
-P1500 - Idle Control Valve Stuck Open

I suspect the problem is fuel supply related so I'm going to try tapping the fuel pump right now. I would appreciate any tips you guys could give me to help out.
