New engine runs like poop please help!

I just installed a new built motor into my 330. It is a turbo motor, but I don't think this has anything to do with that since I haven't even gotten into boost yet. At first, I had trouble starting it. Now it starts and idles fine, I had the coil harness on backwards. Other than lean and mixture deviation codes, which I think are because it runs lean, I have gotten no codes.

However, it still won't run well at all. It stumbles, makes odd noises (like a bloop) sometimes while stumbling. It very lean on idle, very lean under load, rich when I lift, and rich when I barely touch the throttle.

I have installed a new crank sensor, cleaned Injectors, done numerous boost/vacuum leak checks, fuel pressure checked, compression checked, wiring harness checked, maf checked, tried with o2 sensor unplugged, it's all the same.

The car bucks and jolts when I try moving, while being off the charts lean.

Any ideas what I could be missing?

Timing? When I get it to rev it sounds fine and it idles smoothly, even when lean so not sure this is it.

Fuel pump? I had fuel pressure but replacing this anyway today.

Cam position sensors? I'm just throwing ideas out. The sensors are all from my old engine and worked fine previously.
