Got rear ended a month after buying first car/e46

Today I was rear ended and my car lost control and spinned into a wall on the highway. I guess the guy was speeding trying to switch lanes and hit my left rear causing me to spin off but thankfully I hit the brake in time and didnt slam too hard into the wall. Here are some pictures
