Inspection II done 10/2016 - Valve adjustment, New fuel filter, spark plugs ect.
Belts good condition no cracks or squeals
Pulleys no noises/play/vibration
No excess A/C compressor noise
No oil leaks - timing chain tensioner gasket, CCV bot seal, and valve cover gasket recently replaced
Oil pan gasket - no leacks
timing cover/valve cover - new gasket
Intake Air filter recently replaced
Intake boot and vacuum hoses in good condition
Oil service recently done with Castrol TWS
Engine mounts - new
Exhaust
Factory muffler - all hangers replaced
Heat shields are secure and dont rattle
No deteriorated/rusted areas
Transmission/Differential
All gears engage/disengage smoothly.
Clutch pedal feels solid.
Clutch line isnt leaking
Clutch delay valve delete
No transmission seals are leaking
Transmission mounts - new
Guibo/Flex Disc is not cracked or worn
CV boots are in good shape
No excessive play in joints
No differential seals are leaking, new upgraded diff mounting bolts
Differential fluid service performed couple thousand miles ago.
One thing to mention is that the car was originally SMG.
I have swapped it with help of a friend and a forum member to 6 speed manual.
All related parts were purchased new, from entire clutch system to every nut, bolt and clip.
All SMG specific parts (like the Intake Manifold) was replaced with Manual counterpart.
All work was done with extreme care and attention to detail.
Suspension
All bushings are solid and not cracked or worn - new FCAB bushings
New Rear trailing arm with limiters
Subframe in perfectly intact condition, no signs of cracks, subframe bushings are in perfect shape.
Brakes
% pad left: 80%
Rotors will need to be replaced with next brake job.
Brake lines, brake fluid reservoir, and calipers don't leak
Tires/Wheels
Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires all around.
Tire size(s): 255/40/18
Fronts 70% tire life left
Rears 90% tire life left
Tires are worn evenly and wheel finish isnt chipped or cracked
Other:
No PS fluid leaks from the hoses/rack/reservoir
Lower radiator hose recently replaced; no cracks dry rotting or leaks .
Exterior
Paint is in excellent condition.
Few minor paint chips but nothing worth noting. See photos.
No rust or clear-coat peeling
Headlights are not pitted or cracked
Interior is in excellent shape
Owners manual is in glove box
All window function perfectly, sunroof regularly cleaned and lubed.
There are not tears/rips in interior
No strange smells
Cabin Air filter recently replaced
Smoke free
All Stereo/speakers work, no speakers are blown
Climate control works, A/C blows cold
Windows are tinted either 20% or 30%.
All interior panels are in good shape and not ripped or faded. A, B and C pillars are in perfect shape.
