E46 factory bluetooth not working

Hi all,

Just purchased a 2003 facelift 330ci m sport coupe.

It has he factory nav and built in Bluetooth, however it doesn't work with my iPhone 7.

I can get it into pairing mode and my phone finds the car. The car shows pairing sucededded, but then goes back to pairing mode and disconnects.

Any ideas?
