Door lock problem..

HI everyone. After taking multiple looks at the forum to help with some problems or questions I've had I finally reached a point where I decided to join. Neway, my problem is my drivers side door lock will not lock/unlock with the remote. The passengers side door locks but not the drivers side. I can hear the actuator and see the button on the door shake a bit but it never locks and then I have to lock it with the key. Any I'm put on what I need to replace would be greatly
appreciated.
