Dont have sound coming out of my speakers..

hey im new here and i hope you could help me a little. i got a e46 325i sedan and the guy who i bought it from install a touch radio it work and everything, and also plug 4 tv in the car like i know that i need an amp and not the stock for thoses.. but that my point is my stock amp probably have burn because i look all the speakers wires from my touch radio to all the back to the stock amp. and everything seem okay so finaly my question is : IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLUG MY SPEAKERS STRAIGHT TO THE RADIO AND HAVE SOUND EVEN IF THE AMP IS BURNED..?
