Dash Trim Help

I broke a tab on the dash trim that holds the aluminum pin which is pressed into the orange/red holder in the dash.

Is there fix for this issue?

In this case it is the trim over the glove box and it is the pin on the outside edge near the door so you can see the trim pushing out.
