Brake lights won't turn off, tell me what I broke!

Okay, help telling me what I broke on my car. In and attempt to fix my cruise control on a long vacation trip I may have damaged something. The cruise control switch was missing, so I tried jumping the wires, and now my brake lights won't turn off. I checked the fuses #9, and replaced the brake light switch.



I wired the left two together. I believe this is 12v and clutch switch.

Did I damage a module?
