Any E46 Looking for Key Reprogramming Service

I believe the DME was swapped at some point on my 2001 330ci so looking to mail the EWS and key to someone to have a duplicate master key made ASAP.

I have no problem showing proof of ownership. Please let me know if you know of someone who does this for a decent price.
