I purchased it in Aug 2006 from Crevier BMW. I am the original owner but my bro drove it until last year. He bought a new car in 2015 so he did not have a need for this car anymore. I got the car back from him last year and intended to keep it as a second car. However, family life is getting in the way and I don’t have time for two cars so I am selling them both and consolidating to one car.

167k miles with 5 speed manual transmission, engine code is M54
Wheels are the original type 119 that came with the car
Everything works in the car (AC blows nice cold air)
The car has the trunk tool kit, flashlight (it works), all paperwork, manuals and original window sticker
Both airbags replaced a few months ago
No mods aside from a K&N filter and upgraded suspension parts as shown below
Rear bumper cover has some scrapes from a parking lot bump
This car has been very well maintained
Maintenance history:
The car had BMW maintenance included up to 50K.
@ 35k miles new differential was installed (warranty claim)
Thermostat replaced around 60k miles
Coolant bottle, water pump, level sensor, transmission fluid changed around 100k
Normal oil changes and maintenance
Unfortunately my bro was very loose with paperwork and I can’t prove the early maintenance.
Since Oct 2015 the following has been done (almost all have paperwork). All parts were new unless otherwise indicated. I have included the part numbers in parenthesis. All parts were bought from ECS, Pelican Parts and a few others from Amazon.
