2003 325i m56 No power

Ok guys, I've read more on this topic than I would care to admit. Going to cut to the chase and see if someone out there has had anything similar to my problem.
About the car: 2003 325i SULEV. 185,000 miles. I've owned the car for about a year and a half, it's never run right.
The car starts up fine, no long cranks, and idles fine. However when driving it shifts very very poorly when given considerable throttle. With the ac off it seems to stick in 2nd gear, and won't shift unless you let off the gas. With ac on it bogs down severely at about 1500 rooms, and might pick up a bit when it gets closer to 2k rpm. The car (with the ac on) will hesitate through acceleration, never switching gears at the correct times, if it switches with out letting off the gas. Absolutely no power to this car. It goes 0-60 in about 27 seconds if in manual mode, slightly faster with the ac off at about 23 sec.
These are the things that I've done.
DISA was found broken when checking out intake boots after buying the car. Replaced from local parts store (twice)
Upper intake boot (lower boot is fine)
Valve cover and gasket (unnecessary)
Vanos rebuilt
Tested MAF with known good one (get to that in a min)
Tested coils from known good set
Replaced cooling fan clutch and fan (original was locked up, and broke the fan getting it off)
Transmission rebuilt with new clutch packs, D/G drum, and torque converter
Did a shade tree mechanic smoke test to check for air leaks (how I discovered upper boot being bad).
Had a mechanic do a leak down test and compression test, said all was good.
These are the codes I currently have. Now I will break this into 2 sections. OBDII and vehicle specific.
OBDII P1411, P0305 and P0304.
Vehicle specific
Dme:
02 sensor before cat bank 2 (not present)
Secondary air system (not present)
Torque limitation monitoring (not present)
Thermal oil sensor (not present)
Misfire cylinder 4&5 (not present)
Misfire several cylinders (not present)
Now I tend to clear the codes when I run the tests, but they seem to change. Some are always there (secondary air) but the rest seem to change. The misfire is a new one, and it's only stored in pending codes right now. Gonna keep running it to see what else comes up.
Now this is s car I bought for my daughter, and have a ton of money in it right now. Happened across another 2003 325i, and wouldn't you know a freaking SULEV. Got 20k miles until we pass the bmw warranted items on the fuel pump. However, I really like the first one and considering keeping it if I can just get the damn thing to run right. BIG difference between the 2 of them performance wise.
Any ideas? Can't keep putting money into it. How does the dealership check fuel pressure and volume in these wonderfully engineered SULEV models?
Thanks for any advise, or help on the matter. Hope I've been specific enough.
