Should I take wealth management position or trade support

I was offered a Meryll Lynch position as a Finical Soultions advisor but its phone based. I'm a required to obtain my series 7 and 66 and CFP. I was also offered a more back office role being a Senior Trade support specialist. The trade support is doing hedge fund reecocalaition. I'm not sure which offered more potential? Any one have some insight.
