I just got my 2003 325xi last week, I purchased it knowing I would need to do the brakes very soon.
I trying to determine what is an acceptable budget rotor. There are a lot of opinions it seems, but many are discussing harsh driving and track days.
What about every day drivers? This is a work commuter in a desert climate (no rain).
I am looking at the $50 a rotor range on Amazon and it seems like I have the option of Centric blanks, Brembo blanks, Zimmerman blanks or stop tech drilled and slotted. Also there are some inexpensive "approved performance" kits but I can't find any info on those.
Any input from everyday drivers here?
