Moving to San Antonio

Moving to San Antonio from NY next week, anyone there know of good flex space or shop space with a lift for rent for me to set up a shop. I am looking for something small, if biz is good, will hire a tech along the way, not too sure of what the market is like there, tuner cars? euro? muscle? light diesel truck? or all the above? my background is 16+ years commercial diesel as tech, advisor, foreman, trainer, field service engineer as career progressed with major corps have also worked in ballistic/armored vehicle trades, but I'm beyond tired of the commercial diesel industry and want to move on from it even though it has made me a good living, in my mid 30s now, and the diesel industry has aged me quick. I am looking to go automotive and have extensive experience with automotive aftermarket tuning from engines, trans, diff, to suspensions to mild ecu tuning. I also do sport bike work, from carb syncro to chains, to engine rebuilds or upholstery. I believe from my last visit to TX, it appeared as if all these markets are in demand, looking for constructive and collective input and referral to shop or flex space, a lift included would be nice but not completely necessary, I will be moving to Kirby area to start with, will be shopping for space there beginning early december 2014.
