Top 10 reasons why you should own a Peake Scan Tool

Here's a slightly revised oldie but goodie.

Many of you already own one and join me in singing the praises of this awesome tool. Many more of you, however, don't know what it is, what it does, or why you need one.

So, please read This Article and the following reasons why you have no excuse for being without a Peake Tool.

10. You are not psychic and therefore cannot predict why your check engine light is on. If you are psychic, you need not read any further.

9. BMW has been programming chassis-specific diagnostic systems into their cars since 1987. A German engineer cries every time you use an OBDII tool to read your codes. Yes, Germans cry.

8. A Peake Tool probably costs less than 1/10th of what you spent on your aftermarket rims.

7. The guy at the auto parts store thinks your spoiled; so why would you let him touch your car?

6. The Peake Tool costs less than a movie, dinner, drinks, and dessert in most metropolitan areas.

5. You wouldn't buy a generic exhaust, intake, or other performance mods at the local auto parts store, would you? Why not? They kinda fit and will pretty much work - just like an OBDII reader.

4. A Peake Tool is small. It will fit in your glove box - right next to your Katy Perry CDs. That's right - I know you have them. Your secret is safe with me.

3. You're tired of being unable to answer everyone on the forums asking you what codes your ecu is storing.

2. You're sick of sitting in your driveway starting and restarting your car just hoping the check engine light will turn off.

1. Your E46 is getting old, and so are the trips to the dealer.

Stop guessing.
