Help- auto transmission installation issue

So I have the transmission bolted back to the engine but I don't have the flywheel and torque converter bolts holes aligned. I didn't think this would be an issue but the crankshaft won't budge so I can't align it.

I drained the oil (tackling oil pan gasket) so that might be the issue.

I'm dreading unbolting the tranny again. Any help would be appreciated!
