2000 BMW 323i Sedan - $7100 OBO (DFW Area)

For sale is my 2000 BMW 323i automatic sedan. WBAAM3348YCB24164. 99,872 miles. I've done an extensive amount of work over the past year or so that I've owned it and have loved every minute of driving it. The car now is in essentially perfect mechanical condition after doing roughly 17 years of general maintenance over the course of one year. I'm selling the car for college because I could really use the money and as it just doesn't get driven that much for 3/4 of the year, I hate to let it just sit there. If I'm honest I do have more money into it than I'm selling it for, but nonetheless I'm still very willing to negotiate on price. Below is a list of all the repairs or upgrades that have been done to the car and anything still left that I would recommend doing in the near future. I have a pdf/screenshots of the CarFax that I can send you, it's a few too many pages to fit along with my car photos here on Craigslist. Thanks for looking and hopefully soon the car will be yours to enjoy.

Things not completed/issues:
-I have already ordered a transmission filter kit and will flush the fluid shortly after the car reaches 100,000 miles. Car is a daily driver so this shouldn't be too far in the future. If I haven't completed this by the time you buy the car I will give you the filter kit and you can do it yourself or I can do it for you before you buy if you'd like, just let me know. I will update the ad as soon as it's finished if need be.
-The headliner isn't in the best shape, some parts of it are starting to bag but not too badly as I've already re-affixed them temporarily. Photo attached.
-The sunroof is fully operational but the shade likes to come off it's tracks and sometimes gets in the way. It's really only a mild annoyance to me as I don't use it that often but it is something to note.
-There is an occasional traction control light. It appears to come on only when the ambient temperature climbs above 70 degrees. The computer is fully operational and I believe it to just be a sensor but I haven't had the DSC codes read by anyone yet. Basically it works most mornings and full-time at least 6 months out of the year.
-The new speakers do sound very good, however replacing the radio would make them sound a whole lot better and give you more control over the sound than the standard BMW radio can.

If you have any questions at all feel free to PM, email, or text me. More photos are at the craigslist link The car will come with all receipts and a Bentley repair manual. Payment by cash or check. Thanks for looking!
