Over heating while sitting still replaced everything

I have a 03 330 , did a head gasket on it and end up replacing, radiator, expansion tank ,all hoses, thermostat, clutch fan. Everything cooling related .. due to a excessive amount of stop leaking clogging everything. The car will run perfect and stay center on the temp gauge, until you stop. Sitting at idle it will raise up and get hot. You can give it throttle and the gauge will start to come back down. What else do you suggest doing?
