E46 330ci Best Mods *for the price*

Hello guys, this is my 3rd thread (i think :eek:) i've been searching around and checking what are the best mods for a E46 330ci 2001 5spd. And I'm getting the rear subframe and diff of a E46 M3.

So far i have this list:
1. Headers (from ebay)
2. DINAN Intake
3. OBX Catback Exhaust
4. OBX Power Pulleys
5. Suspensions
6. Brembo Brake Pads
7. Shark Injection

Any suggestions ? Is it worth it ?
