Squealing sound from engine compartment when cold

I have a loud squealing sound coming from the engine compartment when the car is cold. Once the car warms up, the sound goes away. After researching the forums, my first thought was the CVV but I wanted to post the video and see what everyone's thoughts were. I just replaced the valve cover gasket which started leaking before the squealing started. There is also a oil leak coming from the front of the motor.
