I've been getting P1188 and P1189 codes, perhaps once a month.
There's also a kind of rough idle at start: the rpm dips from 1000 to 800 every 10 seconds or so, accompanied by vibrations. It's not all the time, and after a few minutes of driving it stops.
I was going to try this repair:

which is replacing the oil separator hose.
The guy describe it as "easy" and a 5 minute job, but the hose is definitely way in there. I can only see the hose where it connects to the dipstick tube. The rest is shrouded behind wires and hoses.
does anyone have a more detailed repair?
