Hey all!
So I did the hid conversion using Solidjakes awesome write up sometime last year on my car using the Morimoto minis and the Xentec ballasts. One headlight stopped working a week ago so I did my switching to the working side diagnostics and it turns out one of the ballasts has finally bit the dust. Now my question is my Xentecs in there now are 35w with the "AMP" looking connectors on there. I ordered these http://ift.tt/1eWzrzI thinking this would replace both of my cheaper xentecs, but neither one is working on my car. Would it be because of the difference in watts? Would I need exactly a 35w ballast? I've read through the forums here but unfortunately I couldn't find the answer I was looking for. I'm not an expert on lighting by far, but if anyone can chime in that would be greatly appreciated!
