Hey guys, I got started on reassembling my engine after doing an intake manifold removal so I could replace my heater inlet pipe and the generically named "water pipe" on my 2001 325i. I got the manifold installed no problem, got the injector rail installed, and started with the injector harness, and noticed that there is a small two-wire plug near the firewall that has no obvious connection point that I can find. I don't remember unplugging it, but I'm sure that I did, and none of the interwebz have a DIY that addresses this plug. Literally, can't find anything ANYWHERE! I spent at least an hour or two last night with a flashlight and a mirror trying to find a plug, but to no avail.
Does anyone have any input as to where this goes? I tried to blueprint it off of my wife's X5, and the plug certainly is there, but I refuse to tear her car apart further than pulling covers in order to solve this mystery.
