E46 Noob- please help

I seem to suck at using the search function. And some of the threads i have found seem US specific-so i thought i'd ask some locals here.



I've had plenty of BMW's before- last one being a E36 coupe with LS1 and 6 speed.



This time i picked up a 330ci 2000, plenty of km's on her, but i have just been through and done full suspension upgrade and cooling system- so should be on top of most of the wear n tear items.



It has the 4:3 monitor and 6 stack cd player in it atm. I don't think it has Nav, but it does have plenty of electronic boxes in the boot on the passenger side which i'm not sure what they are for- i assume 1 is a audio amp. The sound is terrible, upon pulling the speakers out the foam surround has decindergrated- so they will need to be replaced asap.



Re the head unit-

1-What is the best way to get my iphone to integrate with bluetooth music and phone calls handsfree?

2-Do the later model widescreen head unit plug n play if i get one from ebay?

3-I'd like to get a reverse camera to display on the head unit- is this possible?



I'd rather not go down the line of the Eonon head unit at this stage.



Any help would be appreciated.
