Trying to troubleshoot a no start issue on my 2002 e46. The car has never had this issue before. It just randomly wouldnt start one day. It will crank over but not fire. I have confirmed that I am not getting spark or fuel to the engine. I know the fuel pump is not working.
I have checked the DME fuse under the hood and it is good, the fuel pump fuse in the glove box and it is good. I have replaced the fuel pump relay and that did not work. I am about to replace the DME relay now. I confirmed that one of the pins on the DME relay has constant power even w/out the key in ignition.
Is there anything else that I should be checking? Could it be the immobilizer system? I have tried starting it with both keys.
