New MAF worse results! Misfires/rich and lean!

Hello to all...I have been experiencing rough idle, misfires ,lean codes, rich codes and 13.8 MPG. I have done ALOT in the last 18 months (since purchasing the car from a young guy who only put gas in it!) Huge thanks to everyone on this site! so a list of what I have done since buying the car:

Brake Pads
Brake wear sensors
Final Stage Resistor
Ignition coils
Spark Plugs
Pre-Cat ) O2 sensors (have post-cat, but not the time)
Cold Weather CCV
Oil Filter Housing Gasket
Expansion Tank
Disa Valve Test
Disa Valve Gasket
Upper Intake Boot
Lower Intake Boot
F Vacuum fitting
Non-Return Valve
All new Vacuum lines and fittings
Fuel Filter (new vacuum lines on that too)
Fuel Pump

Now I have been running it with the MAF unplugged for the last 45-60 days.

And finally a new MAF that I installed. I did clear the adaptions with INPA before installing the new MAF and now it runs worse. Misfires and stalls.
Im waiting to see if it will adapt itself to help the MPG. I have had the ground for the battery disconnected for 45 mins. to see if that will help reset!
