E46 330ci LSD Phantom Grip or Racing Diff

Hello guys, i would like to know if any of you have tried the Phantom Grip or Racing Diffs (http://ift.tt/2ukM3B2) . Does they work ?? Or can i adapt an E36 M3 diff to my E46 330ci ???
