I have a bmw 330ci M sport Automatic 2001, i'm having issues with the automatic transmission and seek some advice. When the car is in D mode, it is having trouble changing from 2nd to 3rd gear. From 1st to 2nd, 3rd to 4th and 4th to 5th all these gears change without any issues, however the trouble is with changing from 2nd to 3rd gear, when the transmission attempts to change from 2nd to 3rd it fails and instead puts the car into 4th gear limp mode. The transmission also has a manual gear change and in manual mode all gears change without any issues. This 2nd to 3rd gear issue only occurs in automatic D mode. The transmission fluid was changed this month, and codes were also reset, but issue still persists. Any advice please?
