330I Misfire problems

hi folks need some advice and help on a persistant misfire on an M54 3L petrol engine i've been having misfire issues for the last 6 months all started after i put unleaded with added ethanol in the tank at some stupid filling station,the misfire began almost at once and has never went away..sometime it runs fine for around 10 miles with no EML but always returns with the eml and misfire hot cold low revs high revs makes no difference......sometimes it occurs on different cylinders instead of 5 and 6 ?????????

error codes are..

misfire with fuel cutoff cyl 5
misfire with fuel cutoff cyl 6
multiple cylinder misfire with fuel cutoff
lambda sensor error bank 1 sensor 2

what i've done to date



replaced both lambda sensors pre cat near the engine
changed spark plugs
swapped coils problem doesn't travel with coils
compression test 150-155 across the board all good
replaced in tank fuel pump
removed and cleaned each injector manually by pulsing injector cleaner thru them

removed cleaned and tested disa valve
checked for air leaks around the intake all seems good sprayed carb cleaner
all around intake no change in engine note or running
replaced maf sensor

my fuel trims are showing an OL_Fault

i'm at the end of my tether now cannot think of any thing else that could be causing this misfire
