2001 sport package 330I aftermarket m3 bumper install advice

Hi guys I tried to search this many times but no luck the car has a beat what I guess is the Mteck 1 (stock) bumper cover so I would like to change it change it to an m3 style but not if I cannot retain my cooling ducts(I do track days) also I would like the add on black plastic splitter piece below or plan b would be to fix my BC and add on a black splitter. the bumper covers are all over bimmer world said to jus buy one off of Ebay? any help would be appreciated you can call me if it is easier thanks Shan Dobson 360 701 5140 also I'm looking for a stock air box and a right rear taillight that in the trunk lid
