Which would be easier or cheaper to do?

The interior of my top is ripped really bad in the back and the interior roof has water stains. I have an identical soft top sitting in my garage right now so I wasn't sure if it would be cheaper to reupholster the roof that is on my car right now or have someone swap out the whole roof with my other one. I would do this my self but I would have no idea how to do it.



My trunk also leaks REALLY bad so if I do end up swapping the tops, I can fix what ever is clogging the drain ports.



I can't find no info on anyone who did complete roof swaps
