First post -- help needed! e46 hard to start / acceleration issues

Hello everyone -

About 6+ months back I replaced my CCV valve (and all CCV hoses). When reattaching my car's throttle body, I made the mistake of snapping off one of the bolts (could not remove it). With the 3 out of 4 bolts in place the throttle body seemed to be in place pretty well so I put everything back together.

I've driven the car since then without any issue, other than my power steering pump going out about a week ago. When replacing my power steering pump I decided to take apart the intake system again to extract the broken bolt and replace it with a new one. I was able to do this successfully, and put everything back together without issue (intake hoses, throttle body, idle regulating valve, adjuster unit, intake tubing, air filter box, etc.).

After completing this job, however, my car is very difficult to start - takes 5-7 seconds before finally turning over; and also, after starting it and placing into drive, it accelerates very slow.

Note: I did not undo the throttle body wiring plug. Also, I did have to remove the vacuum hose (#2 here: http://ift.tt/1pLCw1I) to get my heat shield back into place, but reattached the hose with a new hose clamp.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? Thanks in advance!
