Vibration in right front wheel

Hello e46 fans and pros. I am the new guy and i have recently purchased a 2002 320i that was already lowered. From time to time i get a vibration felt coming from the right wheel similar to the kind you feel exiting a highway. And at that point i notice a fluctuation in my rev meter... I had the front suspension parts check out and they were solid. No play in the wheels whatsoever.
