What kind engine oil?

I'm trying to buy engine motor oil for my bmw 320i 2004 model. What kind of oil should I buy? Motul, Liqui Moly, Red Line, Castrol, Mobile 1 or what? If so then what kind of Viscosity Grade? I mean, 0W40 or 5W30?
