1999 323i central locking dead.

I know im an ahole for starting another central locking thread but I have to.. ive read tons of threads about it.... on all the bmw boards... my specific questions are as follows,, 1, attempting to program... key led flashes 10 times and nothing happens...how many possible fuses are connected to the locking system?... are there any other relays other then the 2 behined the glovebox? Speaking of those 2... where can you buy those ? When I have the key in the ignition and I open the door the buzzer goes off... when I pull the key out it stops...
