Wrong key password

I suspected my key was going bad for a few days and now it doesn't start the car at all. Ews codes were for wrong key password and wrong random key password. I don't remember the specific codes, I forgot to save the log when I cleared them. Can anyone confirm this is a bad key? Since I'm a dumbass I don't have a spare key to try out. Tomorrow I am going to flash an ews delete on my spare ecu to see if this lets me start the car. What do you guys think? Any other possibilities besides bad key? Ignition switch ?? I was 10000% certain that this was a ews issue before I scanned the codes. Im positive it's not the pump, battery, starter, etc. any input?

Also will the stealership be able to make me a key without towing the car there? Thanks in advance guys
