I just had my first engine warning lights with my new to me M3 :(
First, the EML light came on, but the car didn't feel any different. After a while, I had a stumble when driving away in first, and the traction control light came on. I think the car went into limp mode at this point.
Next day, the EML light came back on after a few minutes of driving, and then a little later, the SES light came on. This one had not been on the first day. Again, after a bit of driving, I was pulling away from a stop, had a little stumble, and the traction light came on again. Power was severely down and the engine would not go above 3K rpm. After stopping and restarting, it drove fine again, but the EML and SES lights soon came back.
I've driven a few hundred miles today (had to get home) and as long as the traction control light doesn't come on, the car seems to drive as normal.
Here's a summary of the error codes I got with INPA. I don't think the first one has anything to do with it, because that was there before. I checked these codes last night (when I had the EML but no SES light) and again today after driving all day with both lights, and it seems to be the same 6 codes.

Anyway, I'm guessing it has something to do with the throttle position sensors. But I wanted to check if this is a common thing and if anyone recognizes this pattern. Thanks!
